Tresmode, a brand synonymous with uber chic footwear, was launched into the Indian market in 2007 designed at a studio in Florence, Tresmode’s shoes are manufactured across the world with young, trendy and fashion forward designs.

The brand is known for keeping up with the latest trends as seen on the ramps in London, New York, Paris and Milan. Within seven years, Tresmode has not only created a presence across the country but also internationally and retails cities.

Overhaul Of Website
Revamped & Re-designed, to a complete Brand-Centric eCommerce Portal with Groovy Layout Considering factors such as Target Audience, Product Category, Usability, Customer Experience, Ease Of Product Discovery, Efficient Call to Action and Quick Checkout process.
Reduction In Negative Orders
In order to prevent multiple orders against single SKU a system that incorporates invoice against each inventory was built. Thus, restricting multiple order against one inventory.
Stability Issues
Rebuilt complete eCommerce Portal on Magento Community Version ensuring all the best industry practices are implemented with Clean Code Principle and hosted the application on AWS Cloud
Omni-Channel Implementation For Inventory
Integration with ERP to fetch inventory from offline stores. Summation of inventory across all the stores will be consolidated and stored as website inventory.
Product Recommendation Engine
System recommends products to consumers basis the browsing history
Integration With Instagram Feeds
Trending feeds from Instagram are pulled and displayed in the front-end which gives information to consumers about trending feeds of Tresmode on the social platform which indirectly promotes the social handle
