CHALLENGES

What challenges were faced?

With so many service centres available, most car owners find it difficult to choose the best one within their budget. Carworkz wanted to bridge this gap by providing people a tool that would enable them to seek out the best service centres for regular servicing as well as during breakdowns and emergencies.

SOLUTION

How we resolved it

After understanding the functioning of the car service industry, and several rounds of discussions, we came up with a web and mobile platform for both service providers and car owners. A service centre will only be featured on the platform after a successful evaluation by Carworkz experts based on various parameters. The car owners can run a self-diagnosis on their car and get a list of service providers in their vicinity best suited for their needs along with price estimates. In case of emergencies, the car owners can avail Road Side Assistance (RSA), even if they have not previously subscribed to the service.
